Player LTV (iGaming)
Applies to: Tracker & affiliate users · Tracker setups only, when the network has the module switched on
For casino and betting offers, a single conversion says little — what matters is what a player is worth over weeks and months. Player LTV adds up every conversion each player brings in, so you can see your most valuable players and the sources that send them.
What this is#
Player LTV (tracker menu) is a lifetime-value report for iGaming traffic. A player is one original click: every conversion that comes back for that click — registration, first deposit, later deposits, net gaming revenue — is credited to the same player.
For the window you choose, the page shows:
- three totals: Players, Total deposits and Total lifetime value;
- one row per player: Player (the click's unique ID), Deposits (how many conversions the player made), Lifetime value (what those conversions earned you) and Last seen (the date of their latest conversion).
Players are sorted by lifetime value, highest first.
The page is part of the iGaming feature set and appears when your network has it switched on. That feature set also adds the iGaming conversion-type preset (Registration, FTD, Deposit, Bet, NGR, Chargeback) on the Postbacks page and the RevShare % field on offers.
When you'll use this#
- You promote iGaming offers on revenue share or hybrid CPA + revenue share deals.
- You want to know which players — and so which traffic sources and sub-IDs — keep depositing, not just who registered.
- You need lifetime value per player to judge what a first deposit is really worth.
Step by step#
- Make sure your iGaming offers report every relevant event as a conversion: set up the postbacks from the operator or affiliate program for registration, first deposit and deposits (the iGaming preset labels the A–F conversion types for you on the Postbacks page).
- Open Player LTV from the tracker menu.
- Pick the Window — Last 7, 30, 90, 180 or 365 days. The default is set by your network (usually 30 days).
- Read the totals, then the player rows. A player at the top with many deposits and a high lifetime value is the kind of player you want more of: find their click in your reports or the conversions log to see which source and sub-ID they came from.
Options reference#
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Window | How many days back conversions are summed. |
| Players | Number of players with at least one conversion in the window. |
| Total deposits | All conversions those players made in the window. |
| Total lifetime value | What those conversions earned, in your network's currency. |
| Lifetime value (per row) | One player's earnings over the window. |
| Last seen | The day of the player's latest conversion. |
Example#
Marco runs casino traffic from two push networks on a hybrid deal: a fixed payout for the first deposit and 30% revenue share on later deposits. After 90 days, Player LTV shows that most of his top-50 players came from the same push network, while the other network's players rarely deposit a second time. He shifts budget to the first network, even though both have a similar first-deposit rate.
Tips#
- Look at long windows (90 days or more) before judging a source — iGaming value builds up slowly.
- Report every deposit event, not just the first one; otherwise lifetime value equals the first payout.
- Combine with Ad Spend & Cost Tracking to compare what a player is worth with what the click cost.
Troubleshooting#
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No player data yet | No iGaming conversions arrived in the window, or the report only started recently | Check that postbacks arrive; the report builds up as conversions come in (there is no history from before it was switched on). |
| Every player has one deposit | Only the first deposit is reported | Ask the operator to send later deposits as conversions too. |
| The Player LTV menu item is missing | The iGaming features aren't switched on for your account | Ask your network. |
