Monetization
GoAdserver lets you monetise your own websites and apps, and those of the publishers in your network, from one ad server.
Choose from more than 35 ad zone types, such as banner, native, video, push and pop, and earn on impressions, clicks or conversions.
Every ad request goes to the best-paying demand you have connected, and the statistics show what each placement earns, so you can see which zones, countries and devices pay.
How monetisation works in GoAdserver
- Add your website, then create ad zones for its placements: a header banner, an in-article native block, a pop, a video slot.
- Put the goCtrl controller on the site and paste each zone’s code.
- Connect demand: your own campaigns and direct deals, run-of-network advertisers, RTB demand partners, and outside ad networks through SmartZones.
- Set floor prices per zone and a fallback for unsold impressions.
For every request the ad server picks the ad that earns most, so outside networks and your own advertisers compete for the same impression.
See what every placement earns
Publisher statistics show views, clicks, CTR, eCPM and earnings per day, zone, country and device, with drill-down and export. Switch on visitor analytics and you also see pageviews, top pages and traffic sources next to your ad revenue.
Run it as an ad network
When other publishers monetise their sites through your network, each one gets their own panel, embed codes and statistics. They request payouts above your minimum by the methods you offer, such as bank transfer, PayPal, Paxum, Payoneer or USDT. Bot and fraud filtering runs on every request, and AdScanner checks the ads for malicious redirects and hidden scripts.
Protect your prices and never leave a zone empty
Each ad zone has its own floor price per country: bids below the floor are not served, so cheap demand can’t drag down the value of your inventory. When no paid ad is available, the zone shows your own fallback creatives or a fallback campaign, so the placement always fills. You can also connect specific advertisers to a zone and give each a share of its traffic. Pop zones can also show a full-page ad on browsers you don’t want to pop, see the full-page fallback for pop ads.
Example: a blog creates a 728×90 banner zone called “Article top”, sets a $1.50 CPM floor for the United States on the Prices tab, pastes the code into its article template, and sees the zone’s first earnings in the statistics within a day.
