Gallery Partner Dashboard
Applies to: Publishers · Ad manager setups only, when the network has the module switched on
A gallery partner is a site that pulls your tube's feed from Publisher → Gallery Traffic and sends visitors back. You can give each partner their own read-only dashboard. In it they see their feeds, their traffic, and the final amount you owe them. They never see what their traffic earned you, your rate card, or your ad setups.
Creating a partner login together with the feed#
- Open Publisher → Gallery Traffic → Partner feeds and click Add feed.
- Fill in the feed settings as usual.
- In the Partner account block, pick one option:
- Create new account. This is the default for a new feed. Enter the partner's login email, a contact name, and the language their dashboard and emails use.
- Attach to existing partner account. Use this when one partner runs several sites with one feed each. All those feeds then appear in a single dashboard.
- No partner account. The feed works exactly as before, and nobody can sign in to see it.
- Click Save. The feed and the login are saved together. The partner receives an email with a one-time link to set their password. The link expires after 72 hours.
Partners sign in at /gallery/login on your panel's address. Partners cannot sign themselves up, and a partner login cannot open any other page of the panel.
Managing a partner login#
The Partner account column of the feed list shows the login linked to each feed and its status: invited, active or disabled.
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Resend invite | Sends a fresh link to set a password. Any older link stops working. |
| Reset password | Emails the partner a link to set a new password. Their current password keeps working until they use the link. |
| Preview as partner | Opens their dashboard in a new tab, in read-only mode, for 30 minutes. |
| Disable account | Signs the partner out at once and blocks sign-in. The feed itself keeps working. |
| Unlink | Removes this feed from their dashboard, history included. Linking it again brings it all back. |
| Show visits & quality | Controls whether this partner sees visits, bounce rate, pages per visit and time on site. |
| Activity | Shows sign-ins, invites, password changes, and feeds linked or unlinked. |
Deactivating or deleting a feed also removes it from the partner's dashboard straight away. A login with no active feed left is signed out.
How clicks are counted#
- Counted clicks are every click that came in through the feed's links, bots included.
- Billable clicks are what the rate card pays for. Two things are taken out:
- Clicks our bot detection flagged as automated traffic. These show separately as bots.
- Repeat clicks. If the same visitor opens the same video more than once within the same one-minute window, it counts once. The windows are fixed clock minutes, so two clicks a few seconds apart on either side of a full minute both count.
A cost-per-click card pays billable clicks times the rate for the click's country and device. A cost-per-1,000 card pays the same per 1,000 billable clicks.
What the partner sees#
- Feeds. Their pull links (the full feed, plus new and removed videos), the feed settings, catalogue status, when they last pulled, and a preview of the first 10 rows.
- Traffic. Counted clicks, billable clicks and bots excluded, by day, with breakdowns by site (the site id the partner puts in
s=on the click link), country and device, a chart and a CSV export. The numbers are the same ones you see in the daily settlement for their feeds. - Earnings. The amount you owe them, which is your You pay figure for the same rows, plus earnings per click and per 1,000 clicks. Earnings appear only for settled days. A day becomes settled once it is older than the window the settlement keeps recalculating, which covers today and the four days before it. Until then, and on any day with no rate card, the partner sees Pending. They are never told why. If you recalculate a settled day later, they see the new amount marked as adjusted.
Visits and quality stay hidden for every partner until real visit data is being collected for gallery traffic. After that, the Show visits & quality switch controls them.
