Header Bidding — AMP (`/openrtb2/amp/auction`)

Hosts: {rtb_domain} is your network's RTB domain, used by the bidder endpoints; a network without a dedicated RTB domain uses its ad domain there. {ad_domain} is the network's ad-serving domain. Inside the panel both are filled in for you.

AMP-specific entry point that returns a targeting object the AMP runtime consumes via <amp-ad type="prebid">. Same auction core as the regular Prebid Server endpoint, packaged for AMP.

Endpoint#

GET request — AMP cannot POST to the auction endpoint. tag_id is the stored-request id (Prebid Server convention) which we map to the SSP campaign + slot. curl and w / h are the AMP page URL and slot dimensions.

URL

GET https://{ad_domain}/openrtb2/amp/auction?tag_id={stored_request_id}&curl={amp_page_url}&w={width}&h={height}

Response#

JSON with targeting keys (hb_pb / hb_size / hb_adid / hb_cache_id) the AMP runtime substitutes into the ad slot.
