Most visitors with a question never ask it. They look for an answer, do not find it, and leave. The ones who do fill in the contact form end up in a mailbox, where they wait to be copied into a CRM by hand. Website Chat & Forms closes both gaps with one line of code on your website.
An AI chat that knows your website
The chat reads the pages of your own website — through its sitemap, or directly from WordPress — and answers your visitors from them. It refreshes what it knows every few hours, so new pages are picked up without anyone lifting a finger.
- Answers from your content, in the visitor's language. A visitor who asks in Portuguese gets an answer in Portuguese. It also knows which page the visitor is reading, so "what does this mean?" gets a useful answer.
- Honest when it does not know. It does not invent prices, features or customers. Questions it cannot answer from your website are handed to your team instead.
- Your brand. Your name, your colour, your title, your first message and up to four suggested questions.
- Turns interest into leads. When someone asks for a price, a demo or to talk to a person, the chat offers a short form. What they leave becomes a contact and a lead in your CRM, with the whole conversation attached — so your sales team never has to ask "what were you looking for?"
The chat only opens on your own domains, and a daily limit keeps its use under control.
Your contact forms, straight into your CRM
Switch on Send contact forms to the CRM and every contact form a visitor sends on your website also arrives in your CRM as a lead — name, email, company, message and every other field. Your form keeps working exactly as it does now: its own emails, its thank-you page, nothing changes for your visitors.
- Works with any website and any form builder. There is no plugin to install.
- Login, payment and search forms are never read, and spam bots caught by your form's hidden spam trap are filtered out.
- A second message from the same person lands on the same lead.
- Forms can be excluded or included one by one when needed.
On your panel's sign-up page too
Optionally, the same chat appears on the login and sign-up pages of your own GoAdserver panel, where new users decide whether to create an account. It disappears once they are logged in, where the panel's own help takes over.
Everything lands in your CRM
Website Chat & Forms is part of the CRM built into GoAdserver. Leads go to the team member you choose, or follow your assignment rules. Add the new contacts to a list and a welcome sequence can follow up by email automatically. Under Conversations you can read what your visitors asked — the quickest way to find the questions your website does not answer yet.
Set up in about two minutes
- In your admin panel, open CRM → Contacts → Website chat & forms and press New website chat.
- Enter your website address and choose what it should do: the chat, the contact forms, or both. Set your colour and texts.
- Copy the embed code and paste it on your website, just before the closing body tag. That one line does both the chat and the forms.
